A warm welcome from all of us at
Coleshill Parish Church

Our church has been standing for Christ at the heart of this community in North Warwickshire for hundreds of years. Our aim as God's people in this place has always been to serve the Lord Jesus Christ, make his name and love known as widely as possible, and to serve the community in which God has placed us.

God isn’t just for Sundays: neither is Coleshill Parish Church. Throughout the week we have activities for individuals, children, young people and families.

Find out by browsing our site or signing up to our Church News email by emailing your name to us at contact@coleshillparishchurch.org.uk.

To contact us, use any of the links, or, better still, drop in on any of the events here.

Or any Sunday.

Church bells ring - are you listening?

The reason for the season is illustrated in stitches here, and easily spotted among the pews if you're coming to church.

Our Christmas services are here.

Give a present from the past this Christmas

Looking for an unusual, long-lasting Christmas present? How about a piece of the town’s history as a gift?

The 13 ft long, 160 year old parish church pews are being offered for sale ahead of a three month long programme of work which will create flexible space in the south and north aisles for community use, including the community café.

The short pews from the centre aisle and south aisle will be used in the nave which will retain the current feel.

All of the long pews are for sale by silent auction. Please submit a sealed envelope with your contact details and your bid and they will be offered in turn to the highest bidders.

Bids must be submitted to the vicarage office by Monday 16 December. Pews will need to be collected in early January. They can be sawn into lengths before collection if requested.

The work is the latest phase in a programme of reordering of our beloved Grade 1 listed church building, to restore its heritage, keep the rain out and enhance its facilities so that it can better serve the needs of the whole town and be used throughout the week.

As part of this next phase the outdated heating system will be replaced by something much more efficient.

Works starts in the first week of January, and means the church will be closed for regular meetings and worship.

Services during the first 12 weeks of 2020 will be affected by the work.  Click here to see new services timetable.
